Apply for Parks Pools Fee Waiver program
Any family with a child or children 17 years and younger, who live within Bloomington City limits, or any Disabled Adult Children (DAC) who feels that a fee for a Bloomington Parks and Recreation pool admission would be discriminatory due to financial hardship, may request a waiver of fees.

Must reside within corporate city limits

Proof Low Income for the household
Proof of current enrollment issued in the last 30 days (in the form of a certification or award letter; benefit cards will not be accepted as proof) in one of the following assistance programs for children is required:
● SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
● WIC (Women, Infants, and Children)
● Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program
● Free or Reduced –Lunch Program
For Disabled Adult Children(DAC) proof of current enrollment issued in the last 30 days (in the form of a certification or award letter) in the following program is required:
● Adult Child Benefits Program -
Proof of City Residency is required
All applicants must show proof of living within the corporate city limits, which is any of the following:
● A current utility bill (water, electricity, cable, or internet) issued within last 30 days.
● A current housing lease or mortgage statement issued in the last 30 days.
● Verification from a residential community such as Bloomington Housing Authority(BHA) showing proof of current city residency issued within the last 30 days. -

All documentation needs to be provided to have application processed. Any missing, the application will not be processed.
