Is your facility located within a historic district?

To check, please use the City of Bloomington Historic Resources and Preservation Map.
 

If your building is in a historic district and you are planning to make changes to the exterior of the building as part of your Improvement grant project, please contact the City of Bloomington Historic Preservation Program Manager next at noah.sandweiss@bloomington.in.gov. You may need to apply for a Certificate of Appropriateness for projects involving changes to the exterior of the property viewable from the public right of way. Please review the guidelines for your historic district.
