Do you create your art in Bloomington, Indiana?

Would you spend all grant funds between November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2027?

Grant funds should not be spent before November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2027.

Have you received two Artistic Advancement or Emerging Artist grants?

Artists may receive two Artistic Advancement Grants but not more. Grants from the prior Emerging Artists Grant program count toward this total.

Are you applying for activity already supported by an Arts Projects Support grant?

Activity already supported by an Arts Projects Support grant is not eligible for this program.
